Firework Fun! Celebrate Independence Day In Pittsburgh

Get ready for fireworks and fun this summer at the Independence Day Celebration in Pittsburgh. 

The City of Pittsburgh is continuing its annual Independence Day Celebration at The North Shore Great Lawn and Grandview Park Band Stand, featuring free family activities, music, food, and entertainment. 

Festivities will kick off at 4 pm on July 4th with non-stop fun. Musical entertainment will be playing across two stages on the PNC Great Lawn. 

Don’t forget to indulge at The People’s Food Truck Corral for cuisines from the Pittsburgh area. 

The Independence Day Celebration will also have an 80-foot-tall hot air balloon and a Family Fun Zone featuring local performers on the Sargent Electric Solar Stage. 

Check out the Grandview Park Band Stand for even more kids' activities, live music, and fun! 

The main event, the fireworks, will begin at 9:35 pm, with an unforgettable view of bursting colors and a lit-up downtown.
