The Downtown Neighbors Alliance hosted its first Downtown Dialogues event on June 11, bringing together key figures to discuss the future of Downtown Pittsburgh. Panelists included Kendra Ingram of The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, Dan Adamski of JLL, and Herky Pollock of Legacy Realty. The discussion focused on commercial retail, the evolving restaurant scene, and development trends shaping the city’s core.

Ingram highlighted the upcoming Arts Landing project, envisioned as an elevated civic space with scenic views and Downtown’s first playground—aimed at making the area more family-friendly and encouraging visitors to stay beyond scheduled events. Adamski addressed challenges in commercial real estate, noting ongoing efforts to revitalize office space occupancy post-COVID. Pollock shared an optimistic view of the city's resilience, pointing to Pittsburgh’s strong recovery from economic downturns. The event closed with an interactive Q&A, reinforcing that residents remain passionate and hopeful about Downtown’s continued growth and success.
