Not only is Downtown home to an excellent culinary scene, but it also has tall buildings that create a beautiful skyline. These two things make for a special combination of good food and good views. We’ve compiled a list of restaurants that overlook the Golden Triangle.

Inside Hotel Monaco is the Commoner, and inside the Commoner is the Biergarten. This outdoor balcony serves small plates and big views. Order a frozen cocktail and imagine you’re overlooking Miami, or enjoy Pittsburgh for what it is with an IC Light.

Inside the AC Pittsburgh Downtown Hotel is Level7, a European-style restaurant and bar. With options to sit inside next to large, open windows or on the balcony, you can overlook the convention center and Downtown. They serve small tapa-style dishes and impressive cocktails, wines, and beers.

The rooftop of this South American restaurant has a beautiful view of downtown’s prettiest buildings. Their menu ranges from quality cut meats, poultry, and fish to vegetarian dishes. They also serve cocktails, mocktails, and more.
This beer garden sits on the third floor of Sienna Mercato, under the Pittsburgh skyline. Open all year thanks to the retractable roof, the bar offers rotating beers on tap and an array of cocktails and wines. As for food, Sienna Mercato is most known for their wood-fired pizza, but their menu also includes many other Italian delicacies.
