This steakhouse has imported steaks from Pampas, Argentina, served from the grill with fresh chimichurri and salsa criolla, with choices ranging from Pasture-Raised Striploin (14 oz or 16 oz), Filet Mignon (9 oz), Prime Skirt Steak (10 oz), Ribeye (18 oz), or Prime Ribeye (22 oz).

Gaucho’s offers wood-fired steak, sliced and grouped with chimichurri and toasted Mediterranean Ciabatta bread. Choose from the luscious House-Cut Vacio Steak, a marbled Bife De Chorizo (a New York strip steak), a scrumptious Bife De Guacho (bone-in ribeye steak), and a succulent Lomo (beef tenderloin filet mignon).

A fun name for an exciting place, Meat & Potatoes is open 7 days a week, and their entrees are just mouth-watering. There’s a couple of steak options like the New York Strip ($65) that comes with roasted cherry tomatoes, basil, and balsamic ginger jus, the Steak Frites ($55) which contain rosemary fries, peppercorn sauce, and butter, or Filet Mignon ($69) with bleu cheese fondu, crispy pork belly, balsamic potatoes, and confit shallot.
