Gaucho’s offers wood-fired steak, sliced and grouped with chimichurri and toasted Mediterranean Ciabatta bread. A fun name for an exciting place, Meat & Potatoes is open 7 days a week, and their entrees are just mouth-watering. There’s a couple of steak options like the New York Strip ($65) that comes with roasted cherry tomatoes, basil, and balsamic ginger jus, the Steak Frites ($55) which contain rosemary fries, peppercorn sauce, and butter, or Filet Mignon ($69) with bleu cheese fondu, crispy pork belly, balsamic potatoes, and confit shallot.
