Hero's Mile

Calling all runners! A new way to show off your speed, agility, and mile time is here in downtown Pittsburgh! America’s Mile, presented by Visit Pittsburgh, gives runners countless opportunities to get their practice in with just one mile.

Starting at 6:30 on Friday, July 11, these series of different miles will kick off with the Move Mile, welcoming all types of runners. Other miles include the Kids of Steel Mile, Masters Mile, Unstoppable Mile, Run Varsity Mile, Virtual Mile, and Elite Mile.

At 6:50 the Heroes Mile kicks off, with runners honoring our nation’s military, first responders, and healthcare workers. Any way to honor these heroes is a good one, and this mile is an amazing way to let loose for a good cause! Register hereusing the code HEROES10 for $10 off the registration fee!

After your run, head over to Mike’s Beer Bar for an after-race party! Be proud of yourself and celebrate with fellow racers while you enjoy some of Mike’s finest drinks. Afterwards, join downtown at Picklesburgh for an unforgettable celebration! There’s something for everyone, whether you’re a supporter, runner, or downtown for a good time.
