Join Us for a Downtown Development Activities Meeting – March 12

The Downtown Neighbors Alliance, in collaboration with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership and the Department of City Planning, will be hosting a special Development Activities Meeting (DAM) on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 5:30 PM.

Development Activities Meetings give residents, business owners, property owners, and other stakeholders a chance to learn about proposed projects that may affect downtown and ask questions early in the process. It is an important opportunity for the community to hear directly from project applicants, better understand what is being proposed, and share feedback.

At this meeting, attendees will hear about proposed projects including facade modifications at 931 Liberty Avenue and The Greenwood Plan vending location at the corner of Third Avenue and Smithfield Street.
