From Friday, November 14, to Sunday, November 16, 2025, the Pittsburgh Opera proudly presents the 2016 production Fellow Travelers at the Byham Theater. Originally premiering in 2016 at the Cincinnati Opera, this critically-acclaimed show is taking the stage in Pittsburgh.

This October, the Pittsburgh Opera presents its production of La Bohème, the 1895 opera written by Italian composer Giacomo Puccini.  Located at the Benedum Center, this opera is sure to move you during your next night out on the town.

Since its founding in 1939, Pittsburgh Opera has remained a premier opera company, now home to one of the top five training centers for rising opera stars in the U.S. Each year, a handful of exceptional young performers are selected from a pool of over 800 applicants. Pittsburgh Opera presents its first-ever performances of Joseph Haydn’s opera Armida, January 25 through February 2, 2025, at the Pittsburgh CAPA School Theater, in downtown Pittsburgh.
