Upcoming Special Development Activities Meeting – February 2

The Downtown Neighbors Alliance, in collaboration with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership and the Department of City Planning, will be hosting a special Development Activities Meeting (DAM) on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 5:30 PM.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the community with an opportunity to hear directly from project applicants about proposed changes in the neighborhood and to ask any questions.

This special DAM will focus on a proposal for changes within the Penn-Liberty Historic District at 933 Penn Avenue. The project applicant is Desmone Architects.

Community participation is encouraged, especially for those who live, work, or own property nearby. Your feedback and engagement will help ensure that development in Downtown reflects the needs and character of our neighborhood.
