Benedum Center Up and Coming Shows

If you are looking for something fun to do this upcoming February and March, the Benedum Center in Downtown Pittsburgh is hosting a multitude of fabulous shows to see!

Wicked has taken both Broadway and the cinema by storm, and now Pittsburgh is holding space as well! The show will be on stage from January 14th to February 15th with both weekday and weekend performances. Tickets range from $58 to $235, depending on date and availability. The Benedum also offers sign language interpretation for the 1pm show on February 15th and audio description for the 2pm show on February 14th.

Benedum's performance of America 250 is both a patriotic and heartfelt show. This ballet will be on stage from Friday, February 20th, to Sunday, February 22nd. Pricing ranges from $33 to $153 with both afternoon and evening performances.

Disney’s Beauty and the Beast is making its way to Benedum from February 24th to March 1st. For a family-friendly Broadway classic, this two and a half hour show has tickets ranging from $97 to $167. They also offer audio descriptions for the February 28th’s 2pm performance and their 6:30pm March 1st performance. Sign language interpretation is also available for the March 1st showing. 

For fans of video game soundtracks or symphonies, be ready to hear a beautiful live rendition of Stardew Valley’s soundtrack with Benedum's Stardew Valley: Symphony of Seasons! Based on availability, tickets cost from $76 to $ 204.

 

Two cities in one? That's right, because Pittsburgh’s Benedum will have Broadway’s Chicago on its stage from March 10th-15th! The iconic two and a half hour show has tickets on sale for $41-$147! Audio descriptions are available on the 2pm performance on March 14th and 1pm performance on March 15th. The 15th will have sign language interpretation as well. 

Ballet, live music, and dance all come together with Shen Yun, which will be taking the stage on March 21st and 22nd. With a price of $111-$202, this beautiful two hour and fifteen minute classical performance is not one to miss!
