Walking into Condado Tacos on Liberty Ave, the first thing you notice isn’t the menu—it’s the walls. Every inch is covered in bold, colorful graffiti by local artists, each mural telling its own wild, vibrant story. Characters pop out in 3D, colors practically hum with energy, and somewhere in the mix, a skeleton seems to be inviting you upstairs.

The second floor? Bright, open, and flooded with natural light—perfect for people-watching and soaking in the downtown buzz. There’s a full bar up there too, with bartenders who know how to mix a margarita that hits all the right notes. The vibe is relaxed but electric, like the place itself is in on the fun.

What I Ate

I couldn’t choose between seafood and comfort food, so I didn’t.

Baja Shrimp Taco – Warm flour tortilla loaded with sautéed shrimp, fluffy rice, crisp jicama + cabbage slaw, fresh pico de gallo, and a bright mango-basil Baja sauce. It’s like a beach vacation wrapped up and ready to go.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Taco – A double-layer shell (soft flour + Kewl Ranch) with smoked cheddar queso, roasted chicken, crispy bacon, lettuce, diced Roma tomatoes, and creamy avocado ranch. It’s hearty, indulgent, and the definition of comfort with a little swagger.

Two tacos were more than enough to leave me full and happy—this is not one of those “three bites and you’re done” kind of places.

The Takeaway

At Condado Tacos, you’re not just eating tacos—you’re stepping into a living art gallery with a side of margaritas and a killer city view. It’s part street art museum, part hangout spot, and part flavor explosion. Bring your appetite, your camera, and maybe a friend who won’t judge you for ordering “just one more.”
