Best Dish We Ate This Week 🍽️: Mediterranean Sea Bass

This week’s dish was a delicious Mediterranean sea bass from Alihan’s Mediterranean Cuisine. The fish was perfectly cooked, so tender and infused with a rich, smoky flavor. Every bite felt well-balanced, paired with golden French fries and a fresh, tasty salad. It was a dish that truly reflected quality and care.


Alongside the sea bass, we were served warm, fluffy Turkish bread. It was the perfect companion to the meal and is ideal for tearing, sharing, and soaking up every last bit of flavor left on the plate.


As we finished, we ordered Turkish tea, which was exactly what we needed. Smooth, warming, and soothing, it gave us time to slow down and fully settle into the experience after such a satisfying meal. Sipping tea after the last bite made everything feel complete, truly a cozy ending to a yummy lunch.
