These shops play a large role in fostering community, creating a sense of home and routine. From business deals to catching up with friends, coffee shops are a pillar in any urban environment. 

If you’re looking for a fresh cup of coffee in Downtown Pittsburgh, these quality cafés will start your morning off right. 

Nicholas Coffee, located in Market Square, has been a part of downtown Pittsburgh since 1919, offering customers fresh coffee for over 100 years. Its quality is the reason it's been so successful for so long—coming from humble beginnings, the shop puts care into their process from bean to brew.
