The Black Market at Merry Marketplace is Back!

Written by Arlo Grey MacFarland

For three weekends only, located in the Encore Building at 100 7th St., The Merry Marketplace will return with international vendors, including the highly anticipated pop-up, the Black Market!

Support Black-owned businesses from around the region at this pop-up market that’s back with a new HQ for two special weekends in December. This year, the pop-up holiday shop showcases vendors selling a wide range of products, with vendors selling handmade hair products, candles, and art. Adding to Downtown’s holiday attractions, it’s a great opportunity to connect with local Black entrepreneurs, creatives and artists.

The Market will be open Thursday through Sunday from December 11-21. Their hours are 11 a.m.-8 p.m. on Thursdays, 11 a.m.-9:30 p.m. on Fridays & Saturdays, and 11 a.m.-6 p.m on Sundays. For more information, visit downtownpittsburghholidays.com.
