Pasta Making This Week!

This Thursday, October 16, 2025, the Downtown Neighbors Alliance (DNA) is collaborating with Papa J’s to host a private pasta making class!  Have you ever wondered how to make pasta from scratch?  Then look no further than this class!  Michael Troiani will take you step-by-step through the process, and you’ll get to share in your creations at the end of the evening. 

For $75 a person, with a glass of wine included, Troiani will present the art of making fresh pasta. Alongside this, a cash-only service bar will be available throughout the night. Doors open at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, and you don’t want to miss it! To purchase a ticket, you can visit here.
