Written by Elisabeth Kay

Are you looking to find a new favorite Italian restaurant downtown, and work on your skills as a chef yourself? You’re in luck: Papa J’s is collaborating with the Downtown Neighbors Alliance (DNA) to bring an exclusive and educational activity to our readers– that’s you! For $75 per person, you can indulge in a night of pasta making with a glass of wine, and try the creation made right in front of your eyes.

Michael Troiani will take center stage to teach the basics of pasta making by demonstration, with participation welcomed. With the glass of wine included with your ticket purchase, a service bar will also be available to those with cash if you wish to indulge. This experience begins at 5:45 PM on Thursday, October 16th, so don’t be late, and come prepared to learn all about the work that goes into making a delicious pasta. Purchase tickets here to be included in this night of fun!
