Another restaurant by Julian Vallozzi, Talia opened in 2017 with executive chef Nick Senske.  Located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh at 611 William Penn Pl., Talia offers an open-kitchen concept combining elevated flavors with a casual dining experience.

PaPa J’s Twin Plaza Restaurant has something for whatever you may be craving. Soup? They’ve got pasta e fagioli or wedding soups – two classic Italian dishes. Of course, they have the classics: polenta parmigiano, sauteéd banana peppers, classic Italian and margherita pizzas, and pasta, from ravioli to radiatori. It doesn’t stop there: they have a full bar, with Italian cocktails, and housemade gelato to top things off. 

At Best Restaurants, we welcome Fifth Avenue staple Vallozzi’s to present their delectable Italian dishes to guests. The restaurant’s humble beginnings date all the way back to 1955 when namesake Helen Vallozzi started a small gnocchi business in her basement.
