The Candlelight Crescendo: A Musical Evening that Glows

Drift into serenity at the Highmark Theatre with the City Strings Quartet as they perform their Summer Soundtrack amidst a thousand burning flames. City Strings is debuting their Candlelight Crescendo concert series this Friday, June 20th, at 8 pm, and you won’t want to miss it. The plucking of strings will surely please any audience, playing old-school hits like ABBA’s Dancing Queen and trending summer jams like Taylor Swift’s Cruel Summer. Bring your family, friends, or significant other and become enchanted by the theatre's melodic string music and warm glow. 

Your evening is sure to be special in the hands of the City String Quartet; the magical strum of their strings will travel through the theatre and into your ears amidst the flickers of candlelight, promising all a serene experience. Composed of 40 classically trained musicians, if you’re looking for a unique summertime event, for all ages, the Candlelight Crescendo is sure to entertain and impress.
