Get Moving with the Living Well Initiative

We’re excited to officially announce the return of the Living Well Initiative in 2026, made possible by our year-long sponsorship from UPMC. This partnership allows DNA to offer a full calendar of wellness-focused programming designed to help people live, move, and connect better in downtown Pittsburgh.

The Living Well Initiative centers around three core types of events, all aimed at supporting physical health, mental well-being, and community connection.

First up, outdoor activities that get you moving and enjoying the city. This includes guided walking clubs, biking groups, and other low-barrier ways to stay active downtown.

We’re also expanding our indoor activities, including yoga classes, fitness sessions, and other wellness-focused programming hosted in accessible downtown spaces.

Finally, LWI includes a strong educational component, with book clubs, panel discussions, and hands-on experiences like cooking classes that focus on healthy living, learning, and shared conversation.

Most Living Well Initiative events are free to attend, and yes, the membership is also completely free.

By signing up for a Living Well Initiative membership, participants will receive:

  • Discounts at participating downtown restaurants

  • Exclusive offers from local gyms, yoga studios, and fitness partners

  • Early notifications and updates about all upcoming Living Well Initiative events

If you’re looking for simple ways to stay active, eat well, learn something new, and feel more connected to downtown, this is for you.

Sign up, show up, and live well with us in 2026.
