These men ran the furnaces, worked the barges and rivers to transform Pittsburgh into the industrial powerhouse we know it as today.
Cupid’s Undie Run 2026: “The Pantless Party With A Purpose”
Freeze your butt off to help a cause! The annual Cupid’s Undie Run is happening near Downtown Pittsburgh on February 21st from 12PM–4PM. Cupid’s Undie Run is a national event organized by the Children’s Tumor Foundation (CTF) where participants run a mile in their underwear (or costumes or whatever you’re comfortable in!) to raise money for neurofibromatosis (NF) research.
Best Dish We Ate This Week 🍽️: Chicken Tikka
This week, the best dish we ate was the delectable Chicken Tikka from Mild 2 Spicy. The bold flavors from this Indian dish made this meal hard to forget. Upon just the first bite, the Chicken Tikka was perfectly cooked and tender. Prepared in a well-seasoned marinade, each bite was savory with a perfect blend of spices that made the dish balanced and flavorful.
Can’t Miss Shows at the Greer Cabaret
The Greer Cabaret Theater offers a mix of unforgettable meals, cocktails, and shows. The lounge is available to everyone, show tickets are not required, and it offers upscale food and drinks. Greer Cabaret also has food and drinks delivered directly to your seats, though for the theater itself, a show ticket is required.
New Restaurant Downtown: The Common Good
The Union Trust Building in Downtown Pittsburgh will be home to a new restaurant called The Common Good, run by Co-Owner of Burgatory and Shorty’s chains, Ritual House, and Palm Palm, Herky Pollock.
