Cupid’s Undie Run 2026: “The Pantless Party With A Purpose”

Freeze your butt off to help a cause! The annual Cupid’s Undie Run is happening in the North Shore on February 21st from 12PM–4PM. Cupid’s Undie Run is a national event organized by the Children’s Tumor Foundation (CTF) where participants run a mile in their underwear (or costumes or whatever you’re comfortable in!) to raise money for neurofibromatosis (NF) research.
NF refers to a group of genetic disorders where tumors grow on your nerves, which can cause hearing loss, blindness, chronic pain, bone abnormalities, and many other complications. It affects around 1 in every 2,500 people. CTF needs your support to fund vital research that advances drug discovery and NF care.
At 12PM, Pittsburgh Cupid's Undie Run kicks off at McFadden’s with drinking and dancing. The run begins at 2PM, following a set mile-long route. Past routes have traveled around PNC Park and over the Roberto Clemente Bridge. End up back at McFadden’s and dance off the cold with an epic party!

Reach out to family, friends, and your followers on social media, asking for donations—don’t forget to tag #ImWithCupid and #EndNF. Help Pittsburgh Cupid’s Undie Run reach their goal of $110k!
As you reach certain fundraising levels, you receive rewards. $100 earns you a Cupid’s Undie Run 2026 t-shirt, $250 gets you a mystery box from CTF’s partner MeUndies, and fundraisers who make $350 secure an open bar at McFadden’s! High-level rewards reaching $10,000 will be mailed to participants after fundraising ends on March 15.
Can’t run but still want to support NF research? Donate to CTF and support our local runners by contributing to their individual or team fundraising efforts. There are also volunteer opportunities on race day.
