McCormick & Schmick’s Rombauer Wine Dinner

February 26th from 7 to 10 pm, McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood and Steaks is hosting a specialty dinner event! The dinner will include a five-course meal paired with wines from Rombauer. The event itself will last around three hours, and guests must be 21 or over, costing $155 per person

The courses for this dinner are as follows:

Ahi Tuna Crudo with avocado, citrus, orange wasabi vinaigrette, and Sauvignon Blanc from Sonoma and Napa County.

Miso Glazed Sea Bass with braised baby bok choy, kombu sticky rice, ponzu broth, and Carneros Chardonnay.

Steak au Poivre with roasted asparagus, truffled potatoes au gratin, and California Zinfandel.

Herb Roasted Rack of Lamb with charred asparagus, whipped potatoes, and Merlot mustard jus. 

And finally, Chocolate Truffle Mignardise with coffee service.
