Updated Details: Upcoming Development Activities Meeting - February 12

Downtown Neighbors Alliance and Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership are collaborating with the Department of City Planning to host a Development Activities Meeting (DAM) on February 12th at 5:30 p.m.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public with information regarding upcoming neighborhood development projects. If you want to attend the meeting, it’ll be virtual through Zoom, and you can ask any questions that come to mind and learn about proposals to improve the places where citizens reside.  

This DAM will focus on four projects:

  • Downtown University Line Public Art - Multiple Locations

    • Project Applicant: Marsha Rollinger, Artist

  • Market Square Dunkin - 28 Market Square

    • Project Applicant: Heartland Restaurant Group, LLC

  • Storefront Changes in Historic District - 950 Penn Avenue

    • Project Applicant: Wildman Chalmers Design

  • Storefront Changes in Historic District - 800 Penn Avenue

    • Project Applicant: CitEMotion-Design Builder

Participation from the community, property and business owners, and stakeholders is encouraged. Feedback and engagement with important renovation projects ensure the neighborhood's sustainability and that residents’ needs are met.
