Upscale Mediterranean Restaurant Opening in the Spring

A new Mediterranean restaurant is coming soon to Downtown. Opening its second location, ELIA Mediterranean Grille is an upscale dining location that offers classic Mediterranean-style food in an elegant environment.

Their first location, located in Warrendale, is currently home to high-quality dishes and a wide selection of specialty drinks. Their dining room offers a classy feel while still creating a cozy atmosphere and features an olive tree in the center to represent their Mediterranean inspiration. The location also has a heated patio for guests to enjoy an outdoor dining experience.

ELIA’s menu consists of several cold and hot appetizers to get your meal started, including hummus, tzatziki, calamari, grape leaves, and many more. For entrees, the restaurant serves a range of soups, salads, flatbreads, handhelds, meat, and seafood dishes. A full section of their menu is dedicated to traditional Greek plates to fulfill your Greek food desires, with dishes like Moussaka and Pastito.

ELIA’s wide selection of tasty side dishes are the perfect addition to your meal. One of their most iconic sides is their house bread and olive oil, in which the olive oil dip spells the restaurant’s name. 

ELIA Mediterranean Grille’s new Downtown spot will be located on Fifth Avenue and will give guests the option of indoor and outdoor seating. They hope to open this location before the 2026 NFL Draft, making it the perfect spot to dine while Downtown for this spring.
