We’re inviting all Downtown residents and community members to a morning of exercise for the body, mind, and spirit. This March, Downtown Neighbors Alliance is hosting a Tai Chi event to promote mental and physical well-being for participants.

The Downtown DoubleTree Hotel is looking at a $13 million renovation by Elmhurst Group. Bill Hunt, the CEO of Elmhurst Group, predicts the updates will be completed before the NFL Draft.
Picklesburgh Is Returning This July, and It’s a Very Big Dill
Picklesburgh is back and better than ever! Coming this summer, Picklesburgh is ready to celebrate all things pickles Downtown. For this year, the festival is bringing back its Thursday start day, so the event spans over four days from July 16-19. Picklesburgh will run from 12-10 pm on Thursday through Saturday, and on Sunday from 12-6 pm.

Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh (HARP) is one of the largest animal rescues in Pennsylvania. They have three locations–one on the north side, one on the east side, and a wildlife center.
