PAIR Charcuterie, located at The Pitt Building, is a cafe featuring coffee, baked goods, and uniquely assembled charcuterie boards. PAIR was founded in 2022 by Shaquala Swinton-Betts, a local entrepreneur. This adored Downtown business is open 8-3 PM Monday through Friday. The coffeeshop has dozens of five-star reviews, nearly 2000 followers on Instagram, and over 500 followers on Facebook.

PAIR hosts sensational community events. On April 11, PAIR Charcuterie and The Noir Co. are collaborating for a wine and cheese tasting night. Additionally, PAIR has conducted themed charcuterie workshops, brunches with live music, and more.

The cafe menu lists a variety of breakfast items and beverages. You can try out delicious bites like breakfast sandwiches, french toast, grits, bagels, muffins, pastries, and more. Pair some sips with your food, and choose from drip coffee, lattes, cold brew, tea, hot cocoa, and juice. They also offer savory lunch sandwiches as well as charcuterie cups and lunchboxes with artisanal assortments of cheeses, meats, fruits, and nuts. You can order ahead online for catering pick-up.
