Join the Conversation: Downtown Dialogues
Written by Christine Julia Dingzon
As Downtown Pittsburgh continues to evolve, the Downtown Neighbors Alliance (DNA) is creating space for the community to make an impact on its future. This June, DNA will be launching its new Downtown Dialogues series, an open forum for residents, business owners, and city leaders to connect, collaborate, and create a meaningful conversation.
On Tuesday, June 11, at 7 PM, the first panel will take place at Point Park University’s Lawrence Hall in Room 200, which will focus on retail development. This free event will feature a panel of experts across business and development sectors, while being moderated by a local leader.
The discussion will specifically cover key issues shaping Downtown’s commercial core, from the challenges that local businesses face to future opportunities up ahead. A 20-25 minute Q&A session will be followed, attendees will be able to engage directly and share their perspectives on these issues.
The Downtown Dialogues series is part of DNA’s mission to promote community-driven development. Future panels will highlight different themes and voices shaping the Golden Triangle.
Save the date for June 11, and stay tuned for upcoming announcements on panelists and future discussions. Your voice belongs in the conversation.
