Pasta Making With Papa J’s

Written by Amanda Buchman

Have you ever wanted to make your own pasta? Join the Downtown Neighbors Alliance (DNA) for a class at Papa J’s Twin Plaza from 5:45-8 PM on October 16th! For $75 per person, learn all about the pasta making process, enjoy homemade creations, and indulge in some wine.

Papa J’s serves focaccia-style pizza, fresh pasta, and housemade gelato at 2016 Smallman Street in the Strip District. Semolina flour, cold water, and fresh eggs are combined to form a pasta dough that is cooked before your eyes and paired with the sauce of your choosing. Quality and flavor never disappoint at this family-owned, authentic Italian eatery.

We are so excited to collaborate with Papa J’s for a fun night of community engagement and delicious food. The hands-on experience is a special opportunity to learn pasta-making the true Italian way. Keep an eye on The Downtowner for upcoming details!
