Celebrate Halloween with Dracula at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre

Written by Arlo Grey MacFarland

This weekend only, from Friday, October 31 to Sunday, November 2, 2025, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre presents its production of Dracula.  Back by popular demand, the production is based on Bram Stoker’s 1897 gothic horror novel.

One of the most iconic horror characters of all time, Dracula follows the story of Johnathan Harker and his encounter with Count Dracula. After selling him property in London, a strange series of events follow, including an unmanned shipwreck, a plague, and a woman discovers puncture wounds on her neck. (summary courtesy of Goodreads)

Adapted for the stage and scored by Philip Feeney, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre will tell the dark tale of Count Dracula this Halloween season. The production will take the stage at the Benedum Center located at 237 7th Street downtown. Tickets are for sale here, but get them fast, as less than 20% of the tickets are still available!
