Downtown Restaurants Serving Thanksgiving Dinner

Thanksgiving is a traditionally family-oriented celebration, but sometimes we just don’t want to do all of that cooking. The turkey takes hours, the side dishes are endless, and the whole kitchen is a mess by the end. Luckily, there are several restaurants that keep their doors open on the holiday, and downtown Pittsburgh is no different. Here are some spots around the city that are serving up food this Thanksgiving season.

fl. 2:  510 Market St., Pittsburgh, PA  15222

If you’re in the mood for that classic Thanksgiving feast, fl.2 is serving their regular menus, alongside having a special from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m..  Serving two people for $89, the meal consists of oven-roasted turkey, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, a choice of soup or salad, and a stuffing bowl for an additional $9. 

Eddie V’s Prime Seafood:  501 Grant St., Suite 100, Pittsburgh, PA  15219

From 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving, Eddie V’s is offering a dinner special alongside their regular menu.  For $50 per adult and $20 per child, the dinner includes: oven-roasted turkey, green beans with tomatoes, brioche sage stuffing, roasted squash, mashed potatoes, and a cranberry chutney.  This mouth-watering and hearty meal is sure to give you that Thanksgiving food coma we all know.

The Commoner:  620 William Penn Pl., Pittsburgh, PA  15219

This year, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., The Commoner is serving up a Thanksgiving buffet for $65 per adult, and $35 per child.  The buffet features main courses like traditional turkey, but also truffled prime rib.  There’s also a plethora of side dishes like stuffing and maple-glazed sweet potatoes, and delicious sweets like warm apple crisp or chocolate crunch cake.  The Commoner’s all-you-can-eat spread will be the only menu option that day.

Morton’s the Steakhouse:  625 Liberty Ave., Suite 180, Pittsburgh, PA  15222

Morton’s the Steakhouse is serving up a $69 four course Thanksgiving meal.  The meal consists of butternut squash bisque, a fall harvest salad, roasted turkey roulade, and pecan streusel cheesecake, additional options like lobster macaroni & cheese, sweet potato casserole, and lobster bisque are also available. In addition to this, they are also offering side dishes to-go on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, for those who may want premium sides for the holiday.

Fogo de Chão:  525 Smithfield St., Pittsburgh, PA  15222

How about some Brazilian food for Thanksgiving?  Fogo de Chao is not serving a special menu this Thanksgiving, making it really stand out. Taking on the churrasco grilling tradition, they’re bringing South American flavors to Pittsburgh. With its deluxe selection of meats and seafood, this indulgent meal is a pleasant twist on the holiday feast.

Alihan’s:  124 6th St., Pittsburgh, PA  15222

Another different option, Alihan’s Mediterranean is always packed for the holiday.  Recently updating their menu, some of their new items include: lamb chops, beef shashlik, nuraniye, and havuc tarator. With their halal meats and veg-based options, they have something for all kinds of palates.

Eddie Merlot’s:  444 Liberty Ave., Pittsburgh, PA  15222

From 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on November 27, Eddie Merlot’s is offering a three course a la carte Thanksgiving dinner.  For $50 per adult and $25 per child, menu options include:  salads, crab & corn bisque, roasted turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, carrot cake, and pumpkin cheesecake.  Plus, they are also offering meals to go on November 26-27, with two options serving five and ten people respectively.
