DNA’s Discover Tai Chi - A Fun First for the Downtown Community!
Although it was a slightly chilly start to the weekend, this past Saturday was an exciting start to a new DNA event. On the morning of March 21, we hosted our first ever Discover Tai Chi event at UFC Gym. As part of ourLiving Well Initiative, which brings free to low cost wellness opportunities to the Downtown community, our Tai Chi event provided guests with an affordable fitness session and created an avenue for social interaction and connection among the participants.
Introducing DNA Bike Club
With the weather starting to get nicer, it’s the perfect time to start biking again. This April, Downtown Neighbors Alliance (DNA) is beginning a Biking Club that encourages residents of Downtown to join a group in biking around Downtown and beyond.

Today, Tai Chi is practiced worldwide as a gentle yet powerful way to improve both physical and mental well-being. Learn about the ancient art in preparation for Downtown Neighbors Alliance’s very own Tai Chi workshop this weekend.
From Ancient Wisdom to Downtown Pittsburgh: Free Tai Chi Session with Master Bao
Downtown Neighbors Alliance is collaborating with Win-Win Kung Fu Culture Center on the upcoming Tai Chi event on Saturday, March 21, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at UFC Gym, located at 236 Fifth Avenue.
