A Year of Welcoming New Neighbors Downtown

In 2025, the Downtown Neighbors Alliance proudly rolled out welcome kits for new Golden Triangle residents, helping newcomers feel at home from day one. Sponsored by Huntington Bank, this initiative has already delivered nearly 100 welcome kits to residents through partnerships with Downtown residential buildings and property managers and we are just getting started.

Moving can be overwhelming, so these welcome kits are designed to make settling in easier and more fun. Each kit is filled with local perks like gift cards to Downtown restaurants, discounted show tickets, gym membership deals, and other neighborhood favorites that encourage residents to explore, connect, and support local businesses.

We continue to work closely with additional residential buildings, property managers, businesses, and individuals to expand the program and reach even more new neighbors. If you recently moved Downtown and have not received a kit yet, keep an eye out, more are on the way.
