Strip District Developments

Written by Elisabeth Kay

The Strip District is saying hello to new developments, and one of the biggest to come is a grocery store. Consumer Fresh Produce, with its warehouse on the corner of 21st and Railroad Street, has plans to transform into a grocery store and apartment complex.

The apartment complex would host nearly 500 apartments, welcoming new residents into the Strip District. The ground floor would be a huge grocery store, which is vital for the Strip and its residents. There will also be retail space available in this renovation.

Another retail space, a pool, and five levels of parking are also in development, just across the street. The Strip District is changing, but the change is revitalizing the area. Next time you visit the Strip District, keep an eye out for the progress of these new developments!
