Acoustic Tuesdays Struck a Chord Downtown 🎸

This fall, Downtown Neighbors Alliance kicked off something special. On October 7, we hosted the first of eight Acoustic Tuesdays at Liberty Magic, launching an experiment designed to bring local artists and live music to downtown Pittsburgh on a weekly basis. The result? A huge success. Most nights, the theater was packed to capacity, proving just how much our community loves live, local music.

In 2025, each Acoustic Tuesday featured two performances, one at 7 pm and another at 8 pm, all hosted in Liberty Magic’s intimate 66-seat theater. Best part? Admission was completely free, making it easy for everyone to experience incredible local talent up close.

And good news, because we’re not done yet.

We’re excited to bring this series back and continue growing a vibrant, welcoming arts and music scene in downtown Pittsburgh.

Supporting local artists is one of DNA’s core goals. Creating accessible spaces where performers can share their work and connect with new audiences is one way we give back to the community and help downtown thrive.
